These terms apply to spokenenglishpro.com, to our live online courses, and to the Spoken English Pro app. By enrolling in a course or creating an account in the app, you agree to them.
1. Our services
- Live online courses — Spoken English Foundation (3 months) and Spoken English Accelerator (2 months), each delivered in small batches over two live sessions a week.
- Free demo class — a complimentary session offered before enrolment, with no obligation to purchase.
- The Spoken English Pro app — a self-paced learning app with 25 free lessons and an optional one-time PRO unlock for all 60 lessons.
2. Enrolment and attendance
Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and a batch slot is allotted. Batch timings are agreed with you in advance. If you are unable to attend a session, please tell us beforehand and we will help you catch up with material or, where possible, a parallel batch. Sessions missed without notice cannot be guaranteed a replacement.
3. Fees and payment
Course fees are stated on the course pages and are inclusive of all sessions and materials for that course. App PRO access is a one-time payment of ₹999 with no subscription or renewal. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Prices may change for future batches, but never for a course you have already paid for.
4. Refund policy
Live courses. If a course is not right for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first session, provided you have attended no more than 2 sessions. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, less any payment-gateway charges. After that window, fees are non-refundable, though we will always try to move you to a more suitable batch instead.
App PRO unlock. Because the full 60 lessons become available immediately on purchase, the PRO unlock is non-refundable once activated — which is exactly why 25 lessons are free, so you can evaluate the app fully before paying. If a technical fault prevents you from accessing PRO content and we cannot resolve it, we will refund you in full.
Cancelled by us. If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you an equivalent slot, you receive a full pro-rata refund.

5. Your conduct in class
Classes are small and depend on everyone speaking. We ask that you attend on time, keep the environment respectful, and do not record, reproduce or redistribute sessions or course material without written permission.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your app login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend an account that is being shared, misused, or used to abuse the AI tutor service.
7. Intellectual property
All course material, curriculum, lesson content, recordings and app content remain the property of Spoken English Pro. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.
8. Results
We are committed to your progress and we teach a method that works — but spoken fluency depends on your practice and attendance. We do not guarantee a specific score, job outcome or timeline.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the app available at all times, but it depends on internet connectivity and third-party services and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance. Speech evaluation and AI feedback require an active internet connection.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
